Bluerock Medical Building
Construction has recently been completed on the Bluerock Medical Building, a 28,000 square foot facility located at 3152 N. University Avenue in Provo, Utah. This facility provides the northern Provo community with convenient access to essential medical services. Building occupants will include Dr. Wendell Gibby’s diagnostic radiology practice, and urgent care center, and various other providers. PEG Development provided complete development services from concept to completion.
Siena Villas
Construction is nearing completion on the first of three buildings at the new luxury apartment community, Siena Villas. Located at 1847 S Columbia Lane in Orem, Siena Villas is the new standard in upscale apartment living in the Orem Provo area. Eastside Apartments
Construction has recently begun on the third and final phase of the Emigration Court apartment development, the Eastside Apartments. Located at 350 S 600 E in Salt Lake City, Eastside will consist of 180 apartment units and is scheduled to open in the spring of 2013. The first phase of the Emigration Court development was completed in 2006 with the construction of Emigration Court Apartments. The second phase is Broadway Place, which will consist of 73 luxury senior apartment units also currently under construction. These properties will provide reasonably priced housing options within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and the TRAX transit line. Broadway Place Apartments under construction
In July 2011, construction began on the Broadway Place Apartments at 556 East 300 South in Salt Lake City. Broadway Place, which is the second phase of the Emigration Court apartment development, will consist of 73 luxury senior (age 55+) apartment units, a social room, a sun room, a fitness center, and secure underground parking.
