Cameron Gunter
Owner/Manager
Cameron Gunter graduated from Idaho State University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an accounting emphasis. Prior to the founding of PEG Development, Cameron worked in private and public accounting, city management, and construction and development services.Cameron’s experience in the public sector familiarized him with all facets of city government, including ordinances, development laws, economic development, tax incentives, special improvement districts, local and federal grants, and planning and zoning. While serving as the Executive Director of the RDA for the Micron Technology Project in Lehi, Utah, he was responsible for the largest tax incentive project in the western United States to that date ($125 million). In addition to his public sector expertise, Cameron is a true entrepreneur. He excels in uniting the interests of landowners, investors, and even municipal leadership to create a successful project. This ingenuity has been an essential part of building PEG Development from the ground up.
Reed Halladay
Owner
Reed Halladay joined PEG Development as an investor in 2006. Reed is a founding member of Bel Air Investment Advisors based in Los Angeles, CA. In addition, he is the past Chairman and a current member of the School of Business Advisory Council at Utah Valley University and the President’s Leadership Council at Brigham Young University.
Marc Bingham
Owner
Marc Bingham was a pioneer in the yellow page publishing industry. After selling the highly successful Phone Directories Company in 2007, Marc founded Blue Diamond Capital. Mr. Bingham generously supports local education. His recent donation to Utah State University was the largest single gift in the school’s history. He joined PEG as an investor in 2009.
Michael Bingham
Owner
Michael Bingham also joined PEG Development as an investor in 2009. He was also previously with Phone Directories Company and is currently as COO of Blue Diamond Capital.
Rob Fetzer
Director of Operations
Rob Fetzer graduated from the University of Utah with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with a minor in Spanish. Rob is a partner in PEG Development and supervises all company operations and investments. Prior to joining PEG Development in 2003, Rob worked in commercial real estate brokerage and real estate development. His background includes debt and equity structuring, budget oversight, project management, and operational guidelines for development projects. Rob also oversees all PEG affiliate companies operations, as well as several development projects.
Robert Schmidt
Director of Development
Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Utah State University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Utah with extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes project management, engineering and design, government entitlements, and construction administration. Robert has extensive experience with commercial design including site planning, site grading, utility design, traffic and transportation design, and soils-related issues. Robert also has experience with residential layout, streets and public utility design, ALTA surveys, topographical surveys and boundary surveys.
Ryan Simmons
Project Manager
Ryan Simmons has been a project manager and member of the PEG Development team since 2006. He is well-versed in structuring debt financing, initial project underwriting, valuation, financial review and analysis, and feasibility studies. Ryan has managed retail, multi-family, and office development projects. Previous to PEG Development, Ryan worked with AegonUSA in Iowa in its commercial real estate lending arm. He also worked with Bonneville Mortgage Company in property reporting and loan servicing. Ryan attended Brigham Young University, where he received a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in finance.
Matt Hansen
Project Manager
Matt Hansen received a Master of Science from the University of Utah, where he specialized in satellite imagery and mapping. He also graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in planning and resource management. Matt is experienced with all phases of project management, from the conceptual phase to construction closeout and property management. He also has experience with surveying, location analysis, and demographics.
Lindsey Talbot
Controller
Lindsey Talbot graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She is responsible for managing the financial support for all development projects and operating companies in which PEG Development plays a role. Lindsey also implements policies and procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable, construction work-in-progress, payroll, and other accounting services.
Michelle Brown
Assistant Controller
Michelle Brown received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Accountancy degrees from Brigham Young University. Prior to her employment with PEG Development, Michelle worked in public accounting as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. She provides assistance in all aspects of the accounting process.
