PEG Development worked jointly with Ball Ventures of Idaho to initiate construction of this five-story hotel in the spring of 2004. The hotel provides convenient accommodations for those attending events at the adjacent Dixie Convention Center, while also benefiting the active tourist economy of southern Utah. It offers one of the few high-end lodging alternatives available in the St. George area. At full development, the site will also feature several quality restaurants.
