One of PEG’s greatest assets is our ability to forge mutually beneficial public/private partnerships to develop projects that may not otherwise be feasible.  By combining private investment capital with tax increment financing or grants, we have worked in concert with local government to complete a number of notable projects.  In particular, we have found success by working with downtown redevelopment agencies to revitalize properties within the central business district.
