David Brewer, Cameron Gunter and Reed Halladay formed VERTEX Property Management in 2008 to provide exceptional investment property management with a personal touch. Following the initial incorporation, Rob Fetzer joined the firm and currently manages VERTEX as the company CEO. David Brewer provides operational oversight for all properties as the company president and COO. VERTEX manages retail, office, and multifamily properties in Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota. VERTEX further provides consulting services for multifamily and retail projects outside its direct management and consults on design and management efficiencies for projects in various development stages. The founding partners have a combined 75 years in real estate, investment management and business management. Because of the common roots and working relationship between VERTEX and PEG Development, investors enjoy substantial cost savings and a seamless transition from project development to long-term operation.
