PEG Development shared in the City of Pocatello’s vision to transform an abandoned warehouse on Yellowstone Avenue into a vibrant retail center. PEG worked in conjunction with the Pocatello Development Authority (PDA) to establish a tax incentive zone to facilitate this project. Rail Crossings will live up to its name and add to the ambiance of the city by incorporating railroad themes into the design of the overall project. Tenants will include national retailers, restaurants, and numerous smaller shops.
