This 30-acre shopping center will be located adjacent to an existing Home Depot store and IHOP restaurant at the busy intersection of Custer Avenue and Washington Street. Skyway will feature over 300,000 square feet of retail space, with major tenants to include local and national retailers and restaurants. PEG Development coordinated with the City of Helena to provide infrastructure incentives for the new interchange on Interstate 15 into the property. The interchange has been approved by the State and partially funded by the City.
