The Ridge is a residential development located at Upland Way and Hitching Post Drive in Green River, Wyoming. The site is located just southeast of Green River High School and the community recreation center. It’s position and elevation at the south end of town give stunning views of Castle Rock and other prominent geological features along the Green River landscape.
In Phase I, there are 32 town house units planned for construction as well as 3 lots to be used for single-family homes. Phase II will consist of an additional 39 units and 11 lots. This mix will allow for affordable prices to a variety of people. The homes have been designed to be spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The material to be used on the exterior of the homes will be cultured stone and clapboard siding.
Each home will be a condominium unit with access to privileges covered by the Home Owner’s Association. These privileges include care for yards and walks and access to the clubhouse which includes a spa, a conference room, and a media room with a kitchenette.
