PEG Development worked in partnership with Kowallis and Mackey of Boise, Idaho, as well as the Provo Redevelopment Agency, to construct this downtown office structure. This major addition to Provo City caters to multiple uses by providing space for retail, office, and residential tenants. Its central location and an attached six level parking structure make it a convenient site for Wells Fargo Bank and numerous other clients. PEG assisted in financing the building and leasing much of its available space. Construction began in February of 2004, and the building was completed in the spring of 2005.
